Entrepreneur, Restaurateur, and sometimes a Photographer with broad experience in retail development and marketing. Founder of a multi-unit fast food chain. Retail Consultant experienced in site selection, menu photography, staging, website development, start-ups, lease negotiation, initial setup, staff recruitment and crisis management.

Vahe was born and raised in Montreal, Canada and studied Finance at the John Molson School of Business. Upon receiving a Bachelor of Commerce he immediately started his own business and has not looked back ever since. He arrived in Cayman in 2014 and pioneered 3D Virtual Tours for the real estate industry and Dragonfly has since produced hundreds Virtual Tours for local agents. His passion for marketing emerged as he ran his own businesses and found winning formulas to generate more leads and measure results. When he's not working, Vahe can be found reading on the beach or participating in Church activities.

Estefan was born in Lucena City, Philippines, and the eldest of 5 siblings. She earned a Bachelor's degree of Arts in Communications from Sacred Heart College Philippines where she learned Photography, Multimedia Arts, and Graphic Design. After years of experience in Photography, Videography, and Graphic Design in the Philippines she moved to Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 2013 to work in the same field of work at Albayan TV & Video Productions, and then moved to the Cayman Islands in 2014.

As someone who has a passion for arts and music, she sings, dances, and plays guitar (which she calls bae) in her free time. Writing songs and stories are also some of her creative outlets. Estefan also is an experienced teacher that's why she loves kids and is passionate about training youth and future generations. She devotes her time outside of work to using her creativity to help and serve people and her community at large.

Nastassja has been a part of the Dragonfly family since January 2020. She brings a wealth of knowledge in Digital Marketing best practices, Strategic Planning, Influencer Marketing, execution and promotion. She focuses on creating brand content that is conversational, engaging and adds value to people’s lives. Her goal is to keep the “connected customer” experience growing across the organisation.
Nastassja has spent the last 8 years helping brands create better customer relationships through social media, content marketing and public relations. Her passion for creating a meaningful customer experience has made her a force to be reckoned with. She has amassed over 9k followers on her combined social networks and aspires to inspire and motivate her generation. When she’s not wearing her marketing cap, you can find her singing in local establishments with one of her 2 bands or spending time with loved ones and her 2 fur babies.

Ann graduated from Sacred Heart College Philippines in 2018, with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management. After graduating from college, she worked at a private high school teaching Marketing Management to senior high school students for a year and then moved to the Cayman Islands in 2019.

Outside of work, she uses her free time in singing, dancing, reading, and writing. As a person who loves writing, Ann created a blog website called His Written Stories which features stories of people's journey on overcoming struggles in life particularly anxiety and depression as an inspiration and encouragement for other people through social media. Since High School, she’s been a volunteer in a ministry going from places to places to share and encourage young people.
